Arnold's Medal

Arnold's, medal for finishing 5th in his division of 16 to 19 year olds, just arrived. He doesn't know yet and I thought I'd have it engraved. What should I put and where?

The dog ate the real cake so I had to whip this abomination up real quick :( Sad looking thing, isn't it? Oddly enough, the kids both thought it was one of the best tasting cakes they ever had.
